ABOUT
Supporting Product Lifecycles Since 1970
Wisco is a leader in calibrating, testing and repairing precision electronics, electrical, electromechanical, and dimensional measuring instruments, and designing, manufacturing, and installing custom control panels. We serve a wide range of manufacturing, industrial, processing, laboratory, R&D, defense, and energy (including nuclear safety-related) applications.
Nearly all calibrations and repairs are conducted in specially designed, environmentally controlled labs at our state-of-the-art facility, which is mandated by ASME NQA-1 and IEC/ISO 17025. In our facility, we effectively manage the soak/temperature acclimation period before conducting calibrations.
This meticulously controlled process yields calibration accuracy superior to what is typically attainable through on-site calibrations, where managing variables such as fluctuating environmental conditions proves more challenging and can result in less precise calibration outcomes.
Whether replacing, rebuilding, or repairing, Wisco is here to help. Know that our legacy of the highest technical expertise, quick turnaround, and competitive pricing lives on in every project.
Wisco, formerly Westinghouse Instrument Service Co., was founded in 1970 and operated as a division of Westinghouse Electric Corp. In May 1999, it was spun off and privately held by the Homewood Group. During this transition, Wisco retained the same management team and staff who have set the foundation over the past 50+ years for the unparalleled dedication and expertise that our customers experience today.
